Kenvo Technology Inc. (Kenvo) warrants that the product set forth below, will be free from defects in material and in workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase under the following terms and conditions: 1. To obtain service under this warranty, send or deliver this product, within the warranty period together with proof of purchase to Kenvo. 2. If, upon inspection by Kenvo the product is proved to be defective, it will be repaired without charge using, if necessary, new parts or comparable used parts which have been fully reconditioned, and returned to you. The warranty period for replacement parts shall extend for a period of six (6) months following the installation of same or for the remaining period of this warranty, whichever is longer. Kenvo is responsible for the cost of shipping to the factory, customer is responsible for return shipment. 3. This warranty card does not apply in the following cases: (a) damage to the product due to mishandling, alteration, accident, impact dropped, sand and/or liquid or moisture damage, tampering, battery or chemical corrosion, failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by the applicable instruction manual or shipping damage; or (b) damage caused during service performed by other than Kenvo or © if the product has had its serial number (s) or other identifying data removed; 4. Any implied warranties for this product, including warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular use or purpose, are limited in duration to the period of time set forth below from the date of purchase, and no warranties, whether expressed or implied, of merch-inability, fitness for a particular use or purpose or otherwise, will apply after this period. No other warranty or guarantee, except as set forth above, given by a person, firm or corp. with respect to this product shall bind Kenvo. 5. In no event will Kenvo be liable for any damage, other expenses or inconvenience, lost profits, or lost savings, other incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product or out of defects therein, or by breach of this express warranty or any implied warranty with respect to this product, whether on account of negligence or otherwise, even if Kenvo or a Kenvo authorized warranty service center has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6. The disclaimers, exclusions and limitations contained in this warranty are subject to the laws of each state. 7. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, or country to country. This warranty is effective only to the extent that it is an addition to and not a modification of or subtraction from such rights. 8. This warranty is not transferable unless required by local law.
